We believe that almost everything begins with listening.  So that’s what we do first.  We listen. Closely and attentively.  Initially, to the person or persons who reach out to us.  And after that, to the whole group who are being asked to participate. We might do this by setting up individual interviews or by organising an orientation session in which we harvest input from all present.

After this, we present some possible approaches and, when possible, co-create the next event with two or three representatives from the group. We pick up the issues that you bring to the table and share new approaches informed by Nonviolent Communication, Mindfulness and other related approaches.
